Where should focus go when a form is submitted with errors?
For forms with one or two form fields, move focus to the first field with an error.
For forms with three or more form fields, move focus to an error summary above the form.
The error summary should:
- let users know there are errors in the form
- state the number of errors
- list each error
- provide a link to each form field with an error
